When you book a strategy call or enroll in a program with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

By consenting to Termini Consulting's SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

1. Service Description: We send text messages regarding strategy call reminders, webinar updates, program notifications, and service communications.

2. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP." After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us.

3. Help: If you are experiencing issues, reply with "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Termini Consulting and its licensors. All frameworks, methodologies, templates, and materials provided through the Services are owned by the Company. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5.1. All pricing is outlined in your service agreement or on the applicable checkout page.

5.2. All payments are strictly non-refundable once any part of the Services has been accessed, including strategy calls, onboarding sessions, program materials, or community access.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend access to Services for overdue or failed payments.

6.1. By using our Services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us at [email protected] to resolve the matter in good faith.

6.2. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact will be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and deny further access to Services.

7.1. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, revenue, or results. Your performance depends on your business model, effort, market conditions, and the quality of your implementation.

7.2. Frameworks and strategies are designed for flexible implementation but do not guarantee results without your full participation and execution.

8.1. You agree to participate fully in your program by attending scheduled calls, completing assigned tasks, implementing instructions, and maintaining communication.

8.2. Failure to engage, implement, or respond may void any conditional timelines and does not entitle you to a refund.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

In no event shall Termini Consulting, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for Services in the preceding 12 months.

Services are provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free systems, or guaranteed compatibility with your business model.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By booking a call, enrolling in a program, or submitting a payment, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. You also agree that any payment submitted is final, non-refundable, and subject to these protections.
